The OSCAR bone cement removal system is widely accepted technology with over 16 years successful use in international markets.
The challenge of cementless revisions encouraged the introduction of bone cutting handsets and flat osteotomes in recent years; these enable safe atraumatic removal of partially coated and porous prostheses O3 is the latest version of OSCAR which combines all of the above functionalities with many ergonomic advances. The new OSCAR system can be upgraded to include advanced osseous resection technology, now in final stages of validation testing and review.
Bone Cement Removal

Prosthesis Extraction

Bone Resection Technology
The combined effects of ultrasound and high axial displacement of the transducer in the new bone resector handsets offer a number of valuable characteristics.
